Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

Product Care
How should I store my whipped body butter?
Store your body butter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Because our products are made with natural butters and oils, high temperatures may cause softening or melting — this is completely normal and does not affect quality.
My body butter melted during shipping. Is it still safe to use?
Yes, absolutely. Your body butter is completely safe to use. Simply place the jar in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes until it firms back up. The texture may become slightly smoother after melting, but the quality and performance remain exactly the same.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our skincare products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, scent preferences, or individual skin reactions. We encourage you to review product descriptions and the full ingredient list carefully before placing your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If your claim is approved, we'll gladly send a replacement or provide store credit.
