Our Commitment to You
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions asked. Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
What We're Unable to Refund
Because our body butters are handcrafted in small batches and made to order, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or scent preference — We encourage you to try our Sample Pack first so you can discover your favorites before buying full size.
- Individual skin reactions — Our products are made with natural ingredients and are suitable for most skin types. However, we always recommend a patch test before full use. A full ingredient list is available on every product page.
Heat & Warm Weather
Body butter is sensitive to heat. If your product softens or melts during transit, it has not gone bad — simply refrigerate for 15–20 minutes and it will return to its original texture. We recommend selecting Priority Shipping during warm months and storing your butter in a cool, dry place.
Shipping Issues
Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or packages lost in transit. If your tracking shows a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at feliciasfinest@yahoo.com and we'll do our best to help.
